Almost exactly a year after it opened in New York - where it went on to triumph in Broadway’s Tony Awards, winning eight awards including Best Musical, Best Design, Best Lighting and Best Sound - and after a quick stop in its spiritual home, Dublin, the musical Once started playing at the Pheonix Theatre in London.
