NOMEX Eventtechnik supplied a comprehensive Funktion-One sound system for the recent Boiler Room outing in Vienna.

Boiler Room started with a webcam taped to a wall, opening a keyhole into London’s underground. Since 2010, it has built a unique archive spanning over 8,000 performances by more than 5,000 artists across 200 cities.

The system for Vienna featured four Funktion-One Evo 7TL+TH, eight F124 bass enclosures, PSM12 for infills and the unrivalled PSM318 for DJ monitoring. BR218s and Res 2SHs were deployed behind the DJ to deliver an enveloping sound throughout.
